HONG KONG (Reuters) – ZTE Corp, China's No.2 telecommunications equipment maker, said on weekday that it is suing large Chinese rival Huawei Technologies in China for papers misconduct over its fourth-generation telecoms technology.

The declaration of ZTE's legal state comes a day after Huawei filed lawsuits in aggregation against it for papers and stylemark infringement.

ZTE shares were downbound 1.24 proportionality on Friday, underperforming the important Hang Seng index's 0.5 proportionality drop.
