NEW YORK (Reuters) – The agent Trade Commission is arousal high-tech companies to gather data ahead of a enquiry of the ascendency of Google Inc in the cyberspace search industry, Bloomberg reportable on Friday.

The report, citing threesome grouping familiar with the matter, said the agency told companies it plans to supply civil inquiring demands -- which are similar to subpoenas -- for the information.

The FTC has been considering a broad investigation into Google.
