Vodafone, Verizon to pool enterprise units: report (Reuters)

LONDON (Reuters) – British ambulatory operator Vodafone and its U.S. relation Verizon organisation to consortium parts of their businesses and deal whatever equipment costs, according to a report in Britain's Sun Times.

The report said the unify were examining plans to pool parts of their enterprise divisions that serve multi-national clients and that the digit companies were considering buying meshwork equipment together.

Vodafone is near to striking a deal to extract a dividend from Verizon Wireless, its U.S. render stake with Verizon, for the first instance since 2005.

Vodafone was not directly acquirable for comment.
