Report: Google ad inquiry centers on illegal drugs (AP)

SAN FRANCISCO – The Wall Street Journal is citing a government enquiry into Google's selling online ads for banned take income as the think why the Internet see leader fresh ordered aside $500 meg to clear for a doable settlement.

In a Thursday article on its website, the newspaper reported the U.S. Attorney in Rhode Island and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration hit been directive a probe into whether Google profited from the banned take ads. The Journal attributed the aggregation to unnamed people familiar with matter.

Representatives from Google Inc., the FDA and the U.S. Attorney in Rhode Island every declined to comment Thursday.
