Facebook calls NY lawsuit 'fraud on the court' (AP)

BUFFALO, N.Y. – Attorneys for Facebook feature a New royalty man's federal causa claiming part ownership of the company is "a humbug on the court."

The comments are in the latest jural filing by Facebook as it defends itself against the man's claims and attacks his background.

Paul Ceglia's causa in U.S. District Court in metropolis says he struck a care with Facebook originator Mark Zuckerberg in 2003 that entitles him to half of the company.

Ceglia, of the western New royalty village of Wellsville, says he has a cursive commendation that proves he bought into Zuckerberg's Facebook intent when he hired Zuckerberg to work on added project.

The Palo Alto, Calif., company's response, filed Thursday, accuses Ceglia of fraudulently manufacturing the document.

A message hunt comment was mitt weekday for Ceglia's lawyer.
