Major labels join for compilation for Japan (AP)

NEW YORK – The quaternary field record labels impact joined unitedly to display an all-star digital medium to raise money for disaster-stricken Japan.
"Songs for Japan" module feature Lady Gaga's No. 1 impact "Born This Way," Evangelist Lennon's classic "Imagine" and mountain more songs from acts ranging from Adele to Eminem.
The assembling was announced weekday by Sony Entertainment Music, EMI Music and Universal Music Group and Warner Music Group. It's available starting weekday on iTunes for $9.99. Proceeds from the 38-track ordered module go to the Asian Red Cross Society.
A physical two-disc CD module be available primeval incoming month.
