Niger signs off on Libyan deal for state telecom firm (Reuters)

NIAMEY (Reuters) – Niger has confirmed a care with Libya's LAP Green Network for a ten-year eld deal in land telecommunications firm Sonitel and its mobile arm, Sahel Com, according to a polity statement.
